Will you completely eliminate any spot or stain?

We cannot guarantee that we will remove all spots and/or stains. However, we can guarantee to 100% sanitize it. We still assure you that we will do our absolute best to treat and try to remove spots and/or stubborn stains. There are elements that can permanently discolor carpet fibers. Carpet age and type of fiber also play a role in the cleaning outcome. Our highly skilled technicians are well trained and will try to determine the probabilities of permanent spots and/or stubborn stains removal prior to cleaning.
