A few days later I called to schedule the carpet cleaning in my dining & living room areas as well as master bedroom. Eric was able to come in a few day's time & his communication with me was excellent. He even came 1/2,hr. early. He took his time thoroughly cleaning each area & I am very happy with the results. I would just add that it took much longer than the 3 hrs. or so I was told it would take to dry. I didn't put my small items back on the carpet til the following day. It was an easy booking process with great communication. I had a friendly and capable technician (Eric). I would recommend this company to friends and family- we had a great experience, and the couch looks brand new. I, personally, thought it was a bit pricey but I didn't do much research on competitors so who knows. I have a 3-seater plus chaise lounge couch and the estimate was $280 (which was the final price). They will provide a firm quote ahead of time if you describe the couch and send a photo. I would use this company again :)
